Mind, Heart & Soul

Mind, Heart, and Soul (MHS) is a mental healthcare programme that incorporates professional practice with integrated spiritual solution.

With increased prevalence of mental health cases especially during the MCO, this programme was developed to promote mental health resiliency among Muslim families and encourage open conversations on mental health care.

The professional team at Relationary will be our partner to help this program achieve its goals.

Level 1 is an introductory phase of our 3-levels structured programme. It is a free talk and presentation by Bro Ammar, a senior counsellor at Relationary.
Its is a pre-requisite session for Level 2.

Trained in the science of hadith from the leading University of Madinah, Mohd Hussain Abdullah, popularly known as Sheikh Hussain Yee is an internationally recognised da’ie who focuses on propagating the sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) and Islam’s universal message of peace to Muslims and non-Muslims all over the world.

He has nearly forty years’ experience in strategic management, advisory and consulting to Islamic agencies globally. One of his key interests is promoting family and social harmony, and Sheikh invests substantial time in family and marriage counselling and youth development.

AMMAR ABUZAHRA

SR. COUNSELOR AT RELATIONARY

Ammar Abuzahra is a Licensed Professional Counsellor and the Head of Programs and Services at Relationary. He has 20+ years of international leadership experience in corporate, coaching, and mental health service contexts.

As a dynamic professional and a professional executive coach and counselor, he serves individuals, couples, families, organizations and communities to positively impact them by helping clients find a deeper awareness of who they are, who they want to become, and how to propel onto a path of healing, growth, and actualization.

This paid programme has 3 levels. Level 1 is an introductory free-to-public programme upon which attendees have the option to continue the integrative framework with a dedicated fee at Level 2 and Level 3.
