Our Mother-Daughter “Bloom & Groom” Workshop Returns
With a refreshed format, in the same fun and interactive setting, and with moms in tow, we hope to inspire young girls with the joy of becoming a young woman. In this expanded workshop, the girls will:
- Learn how their body changes as they enter puberty
- Manage body odour, body hair, menses and my first bra
- Gain confidence in their bodies to embrace the change
Join a “safe place” to ask questions and learn from one another!
