What is Qaidah Nooraniyah?

Qaidah Nooraniyah is a proven Quran learning method used worldwide to teach children both Arabic letters and Quran recitation at the same time. Rather than learning the alphabet first and the Quran later, your child begins reading actual Qur'anic words from the early lessons. The method builds up gradually, from individual letter sounds to combined words to full Tajweed recitation, so your child grows in confidence at every step without feeling overwhelmed.

You probably want to ask

My child has never learned the Arabic huruf. Is that okay?
Yes, absolutely. Qaidah Nooraniyah is designed for complete beginners. Your child does not need to know a single Arabic letter before joining. We start from the very beginning and build up step by step, so every child starts on solid ground.
How long until my child can read the Qur'an?
The programme runs for one year, and most children complete the Qaidah and begin reading the Qur'an within that time. Some progress faster, some need a little more time, and both are perfectly normal. What matters is that your child builds a strong foundation, not a rushed one.
What if my child is shy or struggles to focus?
Our teachers are experienced with children of all temperaments. Shy children are gently encouraged, never pressured. Children who struggle to focus are given short, engaging activities so learning feels light rather than heavy. Small class sizes also mean your child gets the attention they need to feel safe and seen.
Can siblings join the same class?
Yes, siblings are welcome to join together when their levels are similar. If they are at different stages, we will place each child in the class that suits them best so neither one is held back or left behind. Many families find it easier to bring siblings together, and we are happy to accommodate.
What does my child need to bring?
Just themselves and a willingness to learn. We provide the Qaidah Nooraniyah book and learning materials. Parents are welcome to bring a notebook if their child enjoys writing notes.
What if we need to miss a class?
Just let us know in advance. We understand that life happens. Occasional absences are expected, and we will help your child catch whenever possible.
